Located adjacent to international diplomatic embassies and the UNECA headquarters, this executive hospitality asset required stringent security zoning, acoustic dampening between guest suites, and complex structural transfer engineering to accommodate expansive banquet halls beneath upper guest room floors.

Structural Methodology & Code Compliance
SEMAYI designed a series of post-tensioned concrete transfer girders at level 3, allowing 12 floors of standard guest room modular grids to rest securely over a completely column-free ballroom and lobby beneath. Acoustic decoupling systems were integrated into party walls and plumbing risers.
